Kevin’s experiences include 30 years of working with mechanical and electrical systems at power plants, data centers, large commercial buildings, hospitals, churches, convention centers, universities, research facilities, manufacturing plants and others.  He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas

He is specialized in improving operations while reducing energy and other costs associated with the operation of commercial and industrial facilities.  Improvements have been achieved by evaluating the system’s design, replacing or modifying equipment as needed, installing better controls, reevaluating operating procedures and training personnel.  Kevin has been directly involved with each stage of these processes.

He also provides project management for specific jobs, conducts energy audits to help clients reduced their energy costs, performs predominant use studies to reduce taxes, and trains employees new to the energy business.
