Project Management

Project management is a carefully planned and organized effort to accomplish a specific (and usually) one-time effort. For example, construct a building, install a computer system or an individual piece of equipment. 3E Energy personnel have years of experience in project management and can help you with your short term needs including:

  •   Defining project goals and objectives
  •   Specifying tasks
  •   Determining what resources are needed
  •   Maintaining budgets and timelines for completion
  •   Implementing the project plan along with careful controls to stay on the "critical path"
  •   Documenting activities
  •   Testing and commissioning the project
  •   Training operating personnel as needed
  •   Establishing a maintenance and support plan
